TradeTheory collects the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, mobile number if you opt in, account settings, and trading-journal entries. We do not ask for broker passwords or permission to place trades.

How we use it

We use your information to operate TradeTheory, keep your account secure, provide journal analytics and AI feedback, process subscriptions, and send product updates. SMS updates are sent only to people who gave separate consent. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.

Service providers

TradeTheory uses service providers to store data, process payments, host the product, and generate AI journal feedback. Your payment card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by TradeTheory.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to any legal requirements to retain it. You can unsubscribe from emails and opt out of SMS at any time.

Before public launch

This policy must be updated with TradeTheory’s legal business name, contact email, and applicable local privacy details before general availability.
